Privacy Policy
Effective
This Privacy Policy describes the personal information Atlas 4K IPTV collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It reflects what the platform actually does. Jurisdiction-specific rights that require legal drafting are left to a solicitor.
1. What we collect
**Account information.** Your email address and — if you use a password rather than Google sign-in — a one-way hash of your password. If you set a display name, that too. We never store your password itself.
**Orders and payments.** Each order records what plan was bought, when, for how much, in which currency, and how it was paid. If you upload a receipt for your USDT payment, the file is stored so we can match it against your payment.
**Subscriptions.** For each subscription we hold the plan, the period it runs for, the number of concurrent devices, and the playback credentials issued to it.
**Support conversations.** If you open a support ticket, the messages and any attachments you send are kept alongside the ticket.
**Session data.** When you sign in we create a session record and set a cookie so the browser you signed in on can prove it did.
**Diagnostic data.** Server logs record which pages were requested and when, with your IP address stored only as a one-way hash for correlation. The raw IP is not kept.
2. Why we hold it
- To sell you a subscription and let you use it.
- To answer support questions you send us.
- To send you the transactional emails the service depends on — sign-in verification, password reset, order confirmation and renewal reminder.
- To meet the record-keeping requirements a financial transaction carries.
- To protect the service from abuse.
We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
3. Third parties involved
The service depends on a small number of third parties, and each of them sees only what is needed to do its job:
- **Google** if you sign in with a Google account — Google sees the sign-in request and returns your name and email to us.
- **The upstream IPTV provider** who serves your playback credentials — the credentials themselves flow through them.
- **Our hosting provider** — the server, the database and the file storage run on their infrastructure.
- **The payment processor**, once one is enabled — you will see it named at checkout, and it will handle your payment details rather than us. Payment details do not pass through Atlas 4K IPTV.
We do not run analytics tools — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no PostHog, no tracking pixels.
4. Cookies
We set one first-party cookie: a session token that keeps you signed in until you sign out or the session expires. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. If your browser refuses the session cookie you can still browse the site but cannot sign in.
5. How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as our record-keeping obligations require. Sessions are kept until they expire or you sign out. Support tickets are kept until closed and then archived. Diagnostic logs are pruned regularly.
6. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes. Playback credentials are encrypted at rest. Sessions are revoked when you sign out of them. Data is backed up nightly to storage held by the same hosting provider.
No system is unbreakable. If we discover a breach that affects your data we will tell you.
7. Contacting us
