Terms of Service

These Terms describe how Atlas 4K IPTV sells IPTV subscriptions, how they are delivered, and how they are supported. They are the operational terms for the service as the platform actually runs it — nothing here asserts anything the software does not do. Sections requiring jurisdiction-specific legal drafting are left to a solicitor rather than substituted with generic wording.

The seller identity, contact address and payment methods are named at the bottom of this page.

1. What you are buying

An Atlas 4K IPTV subscription is a time-limited licence to watch the channels and on-demand content the service carries, using a set of playback credentials you receive after purchase. Every plan is sold for a stated duration and a stated price. The current plans, their prices, their durations and the number of concurrent devices they allow are on the pricing page.

The subscription is a service, not a physical good and not a downloadable file.

2. Eligibility

You may only purchase a subscription if you can lawfully enter a contract in the place you live. You are responsible for using the service in accordance with any laws that apply to you there.

3. Placing an order

An order is created when you complete checkout on the pricing page. Prices are shown in United States dollars. You will be charged the amount shown before you confirm — there are no hidden fees added at settlement.

An order becomes active only once payment is settled. If payment is not settled within the window shown on your order page, the order lapses and no subscription is created.

4. Payment

We accept payment through the methods currently enabled on the checkout page. Payment is currently made in USDT (TRC20) via Binance, or from your wallet balance if you have one. Bank transfer is not a supported payment method.

Follow the payment details shown on your order page and include the reference shown there, so we can match your payment to your order. USDT orders are activated once we confirm your payment. Wallet-funded orders activate immediately.

5. Delivery and activation

Once your order is paid and confirmed, your subscription and its playback credentials are shown on your dashboard at Subscriptions. Credentials are not emailed — an inbox is not a secure place to keep a password, and a forwarded receipt hands your subscription to whoever it reaches. If you cannot see credentials for a plan you have paid for, use the support link on your order page.

6. Trials

You can try the service before committing to a longer plan with a paid trial. The trial offers, their durations and their prices are listed on the pricing page. A trial is paid, not free.

7. Renewal and cancellation

A subscription runs for the period you paid for and does not automatically renew. You can renew from your dashboard at any time before the period ends. You can cancel a subscription from your dashboard — cancellation stops any pending renewal reminders and lets the subscription end on the date already paid for.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell or share your subscription credentials without our written consent,
• attempt to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to use,
• interfere with the service or with other customers' use of it,
• use the service to break any law that applies to you.

We may suspend a subscription that violates this section while we investigate, and we may end it if the violation is not resolved.

9. Third-party services

You will need an internet connection, a compatible device and, in most cases, a third-party player app you install yourself. Those are your relationships with your internet provider, your device manufacturer and the app vendor — the service does not include them and cannot support them beyond pointing at the correct settings.

10. Availability and changes

The channel and on-demand catalogues are provided to us by our upstream operators and can change. We do not guarantee that any specific channel is or will remain in the catalogue.

11. Intellectual property

The website — its text, layout, images, brand marks and code — is owned by the seller named below. Nothing on it is licensed to you for republication.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
